Home Court Men’s League
A First Class Men’s League to Support the Home Court Kids Fund
Teams will get a great basketball experience as they play in a well organized league with regularly scheduled games in the best basketball facility on the east side. Proceeds from the league will go towards the Home Court Kids Fund which provides scholarships and tuition subsidies for Home Court participants.
Teams will play 2, 32 minute running clock games per evening (total 16 games). There will be four teams in the gym for each session. After the first game, two teams will switch courts to play the second game. No teams will have to sit out games or have to play a second game against a team that is playing their first. This will allow for more games to be played, reduce the chances of blowouts and create a great atmosphere in the gym.
Clock will stop for subs and everything in the last 3 minutes of the game. Home Court will provide referees and scorekeepers. League standings and game results will be posted online within 24 hours of the completion of each game.
There will be a seven (7) week regular season (14 games). All teams qualify for double elimination playoff. The top 4 teams in the league at the end of the season will compete for the league championship. The bottom 4 teams in the league at the end of the season will compete for the best of the rest title.
