High School Pre-Season Individual Development Program

  • The High School Pre-Season IDP is a 7 week program for boys and girls in grades 10 through 12.The goal of the program is to prepare players for the upcoming High School tryouts and season. Participants will come to Home Court twice a week for 90 minute sessions.

  • The program has two key components; Skill Development Sessions and Scrimmage Sessions.

Full Court Press

  • A six session basketball program for 5th Grade Boys and 4th & 5th Grade Girls preparing for their upcoming seasons. This is an excellent program for young players to increase competence and confidence. A combination of competitive drills and games will help players develop basketball awareness, skills and conditioning.
  • In the program, players will work in groups to focus on the core Fundamentals of basketball.
    • Fundamentals: Ball Handling, Shooting, Defense, & Footwork.

Fun-Dees

  • is a six session development program for 1st & 2nd grade Boys & Girls to learn and strengthen the Fun-Dee-Mentals of the game of basketball.

  • An emphasis on the key rules and concepts that will prepare young players for organized basketball. An enrollment that is limited to 30 participants per program with a player to coach ratio of less than 5 to 1 to ensure individual coaching.

Individual Development Program

  • Home Court's most intensive skill-development program is the ideal program for 6th through 9th Grade boys and girls who want to prepare for the upcoming season by becoming the prototype player that every coach would love to have.

  • The IDP focuses on creating players with the unstoppable combination on superior fundamentals and enhanced basketball I.Q. Offensive and defensive concepts are isolated into drills to help players understand and acquire the intricacies of being a well-rounded player.
